SANJIVANI
MEDICINAL PLANTATION UNIT:
 The
trust has a separate unit of quality medicianl plants production
for the students of the Dravyaguna Department of the Ayurvedic
College, and for supply to the Pharmaceuticals Dept.
The cultivating
unit has yielded a number of plants. The nursery is cultivating
saplings of herbs to be planted in 20 acres of land.
Internationally
well-known herb Aloe Vera, planted here, is being used for
preparing various medicines.
A herbal
garden is also nutured by the unit for educational reasons.
For the
past four year 84 species of herbs have been grown. For e.g.
Arjuna, Ashoka, Babbul, Haritaki, Jambu, Kumari etc.
We pride
overselves for the production of pure & quality herbs
without using chemical fertilizers.
The unit
