ago, our sages discovered that the health of the body is dependent
on the well-being of the mind & the mind turn can be controlled
through the practice of Yoga. Yoga includes Asanas and Pranayam,
leading further to Dhayana & Samadhi. Practice of Yoga helps
to purify the mind & the body and therefore assumes special
importance in the present time of turbulence, for the physical &
the spiritual development of the nation. Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan
Trust will make efforts to propagate & use this science along
with Ayurvedic therapy and also carry out research & development
with the active co-operation of other institutions.
